Normally, they have to be testing for it. Drug testing is pretty expensive so most companies use the cheapest tests they can which are the sort of instant tests that work similar to a pregnancy test....

I don't know how long it stays but I don't think the average employer tests for steroids. If there is a metabolite that is similar to other common drugs tested for then that could be picked up but...
