Hey you know me. I don't believe in carrying around anger and frustration. It's never come to any good in my life. So a lot of times what I say is geared toward that :)

I'd have to disagree with comparing BMI to injuries, hrdgain. Not all of this can be lumped together. Somebody comparing your joints to "average joints" no matter how misguided it may be is nowhere...
