"Training" the shoulders just doesn't mean much....

"Training" the shoulders just doesn't mean much. Bench press and overhead press is "training" the shoulders. Rows are "training" the shoulders. That won't, for example, protect you from impingement....

On that note, Body122506, it could definitely be mostly a form issue. But be careful and don't force it. You could also be working up...
