I got ya. I think those scales are mostly a marketing ploy to take advantage of the increasing interest in body fat monitoring.

I was actually talking about a digital caliper, not a digital body fat scale. Sleazy was saying the calipers didn't work for him either.

Really? I've never had a problem with the numbers jumping around too much. Don't know what to tell you. I tend to be pretty skinny, anyway, so maybe that has something to do with it.
