yup. well maybe not modified...but with some extra exercises. basically: a 3x a week full body plan with different exercise variations to help bring up potential weak points and avoid muscle...

i really want to know what your starting weights were with starting strength and HOW you progressed. this is really interesting to learn HOW you progressed even if it was by adding 5 lbs every 10...
