ok so im not the only one cardio does that too. ill do cardio and go from reppin 315 to barley benchin 225 so it makes me hate cardio. they say low to moderate intensity is better for fat burning but...

cardio makes me weak...I don't know why but when I start doing a lot of cardio I can't keep up with my workouts so diet and fat burners is the only way to stay trim

have u looked into the sides of otc stuff like asprin peptobismol etc it dosent mean its gonna happen its just likley if misused.....so again has anyone used it that can give some insight?
