On the SSB box squats, turing the bar around... if it normally dumps forward, then turning it backwards will make it dump back, right? Maybe I'm missing something here.

Every weekend is essentially a ME/RE day. Stuff like Farmer's walks are just about always taken to max load for distance. Not sure if this counts as an ME/RE... it is a max pick up, then RE walk....
