haha you know it man:hbang: on the high intensity portions of it i get my heartrate up to about 130-160 if thats good? im 16 years old. So idk if thats good or not. I wanna try and build up to 20min...

alright sweet, thanx hrdgain, i'm thinking i'll keep doing about 16 minutes a morning on that, and work my way up to longer times. Thanx for the input

morning HIIT

i do hiit every morning on a stationary bike, with 1 minute intervals. Is doing 15-17 minutes balls to the wall better than doing 20-25, not quite as hard as i would've with 5 minutes cut off?
