short sprints are a great way to drop the weight fast...warm up with a jog for 5-10mins then sprint 2 minutes, walk 2, sprint 2....i do this for 25-40 mins a night...it raises and lower your heart...

diet and exercise...i'm also 20, have been training for about 2 years straight i recommend plenty of cardio with strength training ... eat in the morning and less towards the end of the day...
