Well ive just bought a bottle, 60 caps £16, thats about $30. Shit its expensive. It says dont take more than 2 caps daily, but im told they may take a few days to take affect. I hope they help.

Has anyone ever used L-5-Hydroxytryptophan? Its been recomended to me to help me sleep better. Currently i sleep for approx 5/6 hours each night and even then i wake up almost everyother hour.
