Im 5'10 and find it very difficult to gain weight, however with the correct diet and eating regiment i can still get to 210lbs without the use of any synthetic compounds...

Steroids are pointless without a solid diet and judging by your weight id suggest you need a diet overhaul.

If you did decide to run a cycle with a poor diet the you will simply add water weight...
