LOL. Yeah I saw that too. But iv'e been a member of the board that sells those supps. for years, and many of the other members were too. Supp. companies never really tell you what, or everything...

Obviously no that is not all that I work. It was just my last workout.
Max weight has also gone up in all my major lifts since on this gainer. Good stuff.
