Next week I would drop the number of singles to 4 (+/- 1), rather than 6 (if you're following the 8,6,10,2 setup).

That's where I'm at now, 4500-5000, except I'm maintaining a fairly constant weight (180-184). Sometimes eating sucks. :biglaugh:

I agree that if you look at the force couple, tight hams should help with anterior tilt.

Stretching my hams has helped with lower back pain which has also helped me correct postural deficiencies...
