I'm not saying that they don't have glute...

I'm not saying that they don't have glute activation, I'm saying that knee dominant exercises are not good for someone coming off a big knee injury or having pain during exercise.

I assumed it was a knee cap and not knee dislocation. Knee dislocations are serious business. I've dislocated my knee cap too, it SUCKS. It does take time. Heal first, train later. Training too early...
