I'd do a simple Upper/Lower split routine, maybe...

I'd do a simple Upper/Lower split routine, maybe 4 times a week or more.
Something along the lines of:

Lower
Squats 3x8-10
Deadlifts 3x8-10
Abs-Whatever exercise you prefer
Cardio- 30-45...
