Sorry to hear that bro, I hope you bounce back soon. I think DF and DFHT are cursed. Something seems to happen to us Canadians whenever we attempt those programs :biglaugh:

I would do it the other way around, start with the 5x5, then the 5RM, 3RM, 1RM.
