What set me off was having all the sets to failure and going from 20 reps to 4 reps to 10 reps...but mostly the fact that it was advice given to a beginner. Hence my post about it being rediculous...

You're Welcome. What I meant by the rest time is close to what you have there, just a slight change.

DAY 1: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
DAY 2: Rest
DAY 3: Legs
DAY 4: Rest
DAY 5: Back and Biceps...

6 days a week is way too much. You could get away doing this workout mon, wed, fri. Get rid of that repeat and put a rest day between workouts.



Everything looked not bad until Bicep and Back...
