Still a little sluggish..I think I really just need to eat more, my diet has kinda been a little off. At least I hope that is whats the matter.

It seems like every time I work out, I have been getting more and more tired, my diet hasn't changed really, I have been steadily increasing my caloric intake, any suggestions on what I could do? BTW...
