Also, if there are any basic things I should know...
Also, if there are any basic things I should know (besides not cutting down calories TOO much or reducing weights) that may cause me to lose fat AND muscle? That would kind of defeat the purpose.

I've been eating a lot over the last couple months, and gained 6.6lbs most of which I'm sure is muscle, because I sure as hell am not getting fatter, I think I may have even lost fat. I'm a noob so...
