There's no exercise that changes the shape of your muscle. Just sounds like it's a genetic issue. I would just keep lifting and eating and not really worry about what you can't control

eww double shift....I had a 12 on friday as well...

eww double shift....I had a 12 on friday as well a 9a to 10p fucking blows then back into work in the morning. Tommorow is pretty much a double as well.

I dunno never really failed out having to use the safty bars...wouldn't know how to figure out how to get the bar off my back on to the safty bar.....and I have trouble walking it back to the rack...

What to do after missing a meal?

I work in retail and it is hard to make the time to eat out side of the lunch period that is alloted. I have tons of responsibility and it is really hard to be efficient at my job with extra breaks....

it's really hard to do both I would just do a cut...

it's really hard to do both I would just do a cut trying to maintain as much muscle as possible and then do a clean bulk afterwards
