Thanks man, appreciate the simple but necessary advice!

I'm looking to keep my sessions to 4 days with an upper/lower split, but I do like the simplicity you offered in the 6 day.

High Anxiety when trying to do less

So I've been telling myself I want to gain weight/strength for a few years now, but pretty much never change. This is mostly due to lack of a caloric surplus as I have no trouble with working out.
