I bet there is enough info here to write a powerlifting/bodybuilding/powerbuilding/nutrition book already

but that would mean he would have to search around and read on his own...

I'm writing an e-book right now. It has the REAL secret to bodybuilding that THEY don't want you to know. But I have to charge for it cuz I'm gonna need the money to get out of dodge since I know they'll be after me.

Eric, I think you should write an ebook. Charge like $30 bucks for it, and the entire contents would consist of:

"Read the stickies"
and
"How to use the search function"
