Default Who elects the Smilies?

I can't understand why most of the smilies refer graphic violence, arrogance or insults.

A few are necessary and fun, but I've been looking arround, and I haven't seen any daily smilies, which are sure more useful.

Are the members who have chosen them?

is especially curious to see there is no smilie that express ignorance or misunderstanding. Do you guys always know everything?

confused or ignorance would fall under this one i think:

and

the smilies just come with the forum "package." and admins can add in more if they want.

when you hit quote...or reply...off to the right there are smilies. at the bottom it says "more"...click there.

And when you seek forgiveness
You will see there is no god
And for all eternity
You will cry my name

Hahaha I was going to say something about that...but then I didn't. You Spaniards are way too...pacifistic. However, I miss living in Spain and I miss the beautiful Spanish women. And the food. And the weather.............etc.
