I finished up a stint of SF5x5 and now I'm in week 2 of DFHT (loading phase)...I didn't make a journal because I wasn't sure if I would have time to maintain it properly...I may just continue my old DFHT journal and make the distinction that I'm doing round 2 (ie. I'm more experienced and know the program ALOT better than in round 1). I dropped quite a bit of weight before I came back to school but now I'm gaining 1-2lbs/week.....can't wait for my deload when I pack on the pounds
