Default Why am I seeing the "Sponsor" posts

Crusing thru the forums, I keep seeing posts by "Sponsor". It says that only guests see them, and that I should "register" so I won't see them any more.

Alas, I am obviously already a member and logged in as I am posting this thread.

Any thoughts?

I tried clearing my browser (I use Camino), so all my cookies and the cache are deleted. But it's still happening.
