I notice there are a lot of sites that keep adding more and more forums. So that they attract more and more people who have only a marginal interest in the original purpose of the forum, and it turns more and more into a circus.

It's like this diner chain they have here that people think is great because there are about 8 million things on the menu...

Problem is not one of them is done well.

I wouldn't go so far as to call this a health forum though . Yes, we are interested in staying healthy but let's not blow sunshine up people's asses.

ha, no need for that. ideas are always welcome.

this is a strength forum. but there is tons of info on nutrition and exercise...which are both healthy
