Default Who pays for this site?

I've ran a forum before and I know it takes resorces. I also know a new server is/will be installed soon. Who is paying for this? Are the ads enough to pay the bills?

I just need to know who's ass I am supposed to be kissing for all this.

I believe Sleazy owns and runs the site. He is the one always posting about the contest, new server, etc.

Thanks sleazy, and if it's not all you, thanks to anyone else

I knew it was Sleazy, but does he shell out of pocket for all this? Also he's a student, right?

Yes I run/pay for the site...its no big deal.

And yes I am student...at least for another two weeks before graduation.

Have you got your new server yet? I posted in your thread about it. I own a Dell 2650 that has only a few sites on it and if it would help I would like to see what I could do for you.

Also, if the ads don't cover the costs why not take donations?

Ya I saw your post but I already have the dedicated server ordered and its being setup as we speak. Plus its going to be easier for me to stay with my current host who can transfer everything easily so there isn't much interuptions.

Thanks for the offer though, if it doesn't work out I may take you up on it.

Glad it's being handled. I think as a fund-raiser you should offer basic web site hosting for people here and charge them something reasonable. You could recoup your costs, etc. I know you have it under control but if you wanted help with that I'd do what I could.
