As previously suggested I have added a forum specifically for female fitness related topics. All members, male and female, are currently able to start and reply to topics in this forum as long as they are related to women's fitness.
Female members, you of course are able to post topics in any forum you like but if you are specifically asking for a workout routine targeted towards women or other topics only applicable to females, this would be a great place to post it.
I have copied a few older women's fitness related topics into the forum so its not empty, but feel free to start posting.
Also feel free to invite other females to join the site as sometime this place get a little too much testosterone in it.
