I am 48 yrs. old and taking creatine, Amplify protien, glutamine and P6 a test booster. I see gains but slight. I still am active in MMA and I think with all of the above I stay fit more than I would if I wasnt taking it. I have heard I have to cycle off the Test boosters, but have also heard at my age it is OK to keep Test levels high in your system? What are your opinions? I need to some tips on geting bigger and leaner. I am bulky but still carry a lot of extra. I cardio 4 times a week and lift 3 times. Any suggestions on better suppliments? Thanks for your time.

The test booster won't do very much. Maybe boost libido a bit and make you feel better in the gym. It's not going to make your test levels "high" by any means.

No supplements are going to significantly help you reach your goals. Fixing your diet will though. Post your diet.
