G'day, recently received a tub of this for a present, just wondering if anyone's used/heard of it and if it's any good? it tastes friggin amazing... but obviously that is irrelevant as to its effectiveness
It took a while to find the nutrition info. It's just a supplement..if it helps you to meet your daily diet goals, then great.
With that said, I think it's a crappy supplement. It has roughly 50g of protein and 20g of carbs. 19g of the carbs are lactose. I've never seen something so ridiculous before. Hopefully you can produce a LOT of lactase. I'm not lactose intolerant, but that would probably send me to the toilet sooner than later.
