I wouldn't say there's a RISK per se....every supplement (or just about) has that "over 18" stipulation. Personally I think there's better pre-workouts to try (Superpump and my system didn't quite get along, and I've heard of other people having..umm..intestinal issues with this product LOL)...there are a ton of products out there, I like Jack3d if you want an energy boost to go along with your training, has a pretty minimal ingredient list (but a fairly strong thermogenic, along with creatine, so drink a ton of water if you try it)...great focus and energy with this product

The main risk, in my opinion, would be unnecessary spending of your parent's money. Learn to train and eat properly. Add some creatine mono if you want a supplement that "works," but a teenager already obsessing over supplements is on the wrong path.

It just has stimulants that are rarely risky. If you are scared, check out a non-stimulant pre WO. Also, I think anything with creatine has the 18 warning but I'm not totally positive.
