I will try to respond to this more later today. But drink a lot of water throughout your day. I fill a gallon jug every morning and try to keep it with me as much as I can during the day until it's gone. Make sure to up your intake of fruits and veggies as well. I try to hit a mixed blend protein about 30 minutes before bed as this is when your body does it's healing and it's essential to supply it with food for this. Whey burns fast and that is why I use a mixed blend. There has been some debate on the boards about protein shakes on non work out days and my thought on this is, your body is healing on your rest days and needs these protein sources as well. Feed it clean sources of food and supps on off days as well. You're body needs it to heal and grow. I'll be back but, I gotta get to work.

An elevated protein intake is healthy as long as you don't have pre-existing kidney problems. It has NEVER been proven to be harmful to healthy individuals.

How much protein do you think you need then? An elevated protein intake is needed to put on size.

I always ask the biggest guys in the gym what they've done, and get ideas from everyone of them (good ideas) and use them. I also have made several friends that way. Everyone I've talked to has been very kind.

Don't just ask the biggest guy. People make fun but the 160 pounder who used to weight 110 might be just the guy to talk to as compared to a 6 foot 5 300 pound dude. Don't discount anyone out of hand. I mean, talk to the big guys too, of course!

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
