Default anybody heard of anabolic halo?

i was looking at creatine called anabolic halo, its made by muscletech. anybody heard anything about it?

Yeah. It's not creatine though. Or not just creatine. No telling how much is in there. I think there isn't much. It's stupid as hell IMO to spend $50 for some high GI carbs, creatine (maybe negligible amounts), and some amino acids that you'll already get when you take your whey. Stay away from it if you can...total waste of money.

I hear both sides from people (it works and I love it/worthless waste of money). IMO you would be better off using your money on different supplementation (especially the basics).

there was a test on it in one month the bb gained one pound.
You can do that eating food.
muscle tech is over priced and packed with sugar.

It is hard to find a supplement in existence that somebody, usually lots of people, doesn't swear by. If I use the right language to describe cat dander in a pill....I can get people to say it "works"

creatine monohydrate powder from nutraplanet...that's my personal preference
