Default Anyone heard of Anabolic switch?

Its a new product from mri..it has 7 creatines that are supposed to be absorbed at different rates....any thoughts?

I've only ever needed one creatine (mono) so I'm going to say that its gimmicky and expensive, without even hearing or reading about.

Just my honest opinion bro. Can't go wrong with a good monohydrate IMHO.

thats funny, i just saw that crap at gnc and it caught my attention so i looked at it and then i felt somebody was behind me so i turned around. it was the clerk and he said, "yeah bro that shit is good you should try it." haha i just laughed and walked out" its like 40 bucks for a little 2.2lb jar... i get my 10lb of mono for 32 dollars.. haha SOB tried to get me...

well i got 4.4 lbs for $46......im not sure if it will work the way it claims so i will post every so often on my results.....

5'9"
180 lbs
bench-280
squat-395
dead-405

i mean all creatien works, but i'm sure most of us here would rather use mono or cee, its alot cheaper and the stuff that you have is just another fancy gimic to get you broke... i guess it doesnt hurt to try it except for your wallet.
