Default Anyone Tried Melting Point?

I've been hearing alot about Designer Supplements new fatloss product Melting Point. Has anyone here personally tried it? I think I am going to give it a try but wanted to see if anyone had any feedback before I shell out $40. Seems a little expensive to me.

I am running MP for the second time right now. The stuff works well, but it isnt without side effects. You need to be careful with dosages, start slow and asses your tolerance. It isnt a stim, so its hard to tell, and it builds up in your system, so you could be fine for 2 weeks taking 6 ed, and on week three you end up with crazy cramps, or DOMS from hell.

ease into it and you will like the results.

Hrdgain, can you stack MP with a stimulant or thermo as well? For example an ECY stack or maybe something like AMP?

I just have alot of half full bottles of thermos lying around I wouldn't mind getting rid of them.

Found out from Designer Supps that you can stack MP with any thermo in case anyone else is wondering.

So far I'm doing 6 caps and haven't really had any of the bad side effects that some people mention. I am also taking in extra Magnesium and Potassium though to avoid cramps however. I will write a review once I get through the first bottle as nothing else in my diet/supplements has changed.

Default Muscle cramping from MP

Pick up some taurine.

Potassium is going to compete with magnesium.. the predominate issue is magnesium loss with dehydration. It is absolutely essential for two different actions: the first is Ca+2 pump action for calcium efflux from SR and the second is motor unit Mg dependent Na/K ATPase activity.

You need a LOT of magnesium. Try taking it 4-5x throughout the day with meals, 250 mg shots of magnesium citrate. This ion participates in some 2000 different reactions in cells and is usually lacking vitamin supps, as manufacturers presume that dietary intake is sufficient, which it often is NOT when dehydration from high protein loads is combined with exercise and weight loss supps.

BTW, go look at vetteman's MP test log on bulknutrition.com - I left salient comments about the action and efficacy of MP.

I have a strong feeling that once word of this supps gets around, it will be a winner.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'll up the magnesium and drop the potassium and see if that helps. Really I thought the cramping was going to be alot worse from the logs I read @ BN but it has only been a minor issue that occured once or twice during a cardio session.
