Default Axis Labs Smash, Pre-Workout Log

Well this is the first day for trying out Axis Labs Smash. I normally start my day by having a no carb energy drink and energy pill. But to really test the effectiveness of Smash I decided to drop the energy drinks and pills for the month. No easy task, but should save me anywhere from $70-$100.
I'm going to be honest, i went to bed about 10.PM and got up at 3:30am to go to the gym. So took it on an empty stomach, and thought to myself there is no way this is going to work. I got to the gym felt o.k.
It seems to have kicked in after a few warm up sets. My training went great, I beat all my previous numbers by either weight or reps, which is surprising to me since I'm on a cut and down 10 lbs. I feel the axis labs smash definitely kicks up the energy and focus. I can't say my pump was any different, but then again this is only the first day on it.

Well set alarm for 3 a.m., hit the snooze a couple times, and finally dragged my ass out of bed. Normally start my day w/ good protein meal, but instructions say to take on an empty to light stomach. So that is also a big change that made me wonder about available energy at the gym without having my meal first.
Mixed my smash with water, drank it and headed to the gym, btw mixes fairly easy with no gritty taste. Again the energy kick is pretty good. It's not that "crazy energy" from to much caffeine, just more like a focused energy. Training went great again, beat all previous numbers, and did quite a bit extra that I didn't log in my journal.
One thing I noticed today was, that I was able to get more reps in before getting that burn that makes you put the weights down. I hate to sound like a commercial for them, but I must say I'm liking this product so far. I'm not a big supplement type of person, and if this product did nothing for me, that's what you would be hearing.

Well, got up at 3:40 A.M. for the gym, this is the longest I have gone w/out an energy drink and pill to start the day....and I'm fine. Hit legs this morning and just had a good training day. Here was my workout today. The ( ) shows how much I beat my previous numbers by on that particular exercise. Next test will see if it helps w/ cardio

Quads
leg press
21,20,20 x 590 S.S. (+50lbs+9 rep)

extra set
15 x 630

Leg extentions
18 x 205 (+1rep)
16 x 220 (+1rep)
15 x 235 (+3rep)
11 x 250 (-1rep)
14 x 265 (+1rep)

Hams
seated leg curl
15 x 190 (+2reps)
12 x 190 (+2reps)
13 x 190 (+1rep)

Day 4

O.k. I took it before going to work, instead of doing my energy drink/pill. Worked fine.
I did find something I don't like about this product. It will cause you to think your superman at the gym....but you pay big time the next day...my F'n legs are killing me

But I'm sure the end results are well worth the pain.

Day 5

today again did my morning glass of smash. So in 5 days I have pretty much saved enough in energy drinks to buy a 1 month supply.

Came home from work. and did a little less then a scoop, again really good work-out. I was planning on going light....then smash kick in LOL
