I hate needles way too much. I don't think I could do it. Probably why I'll never be into the anabolics either.

I do too. The Dr. showed me how to do the first shot and I couldn't / can't even feel it go in. Very small needle.

I picked up some b-12, both my wife and I loved it.

some reason the tabs don't compare

Lots of people use "veterinary grade" injectable B vitamins.
