any body know whats the best BCAA drink i can get from vitamin shoppe or GNC that is not supper expensive? i am starting to thinkits the same thing as a regular protien shake such as musslce milk is that true?

Is there a reason you cannot order online? Most online stores plus shipping is still at least $20 cheaper than gnc or vitamin shoppe. I recommend getting Xtend, one of the best BCAA supplements I've ever had.
