Before and after I take mine half hour-45 mins before and usually not to long after. Take pre and post workout and if needed take another one to meet your protien goal. the time I gave you is what I use and that may not be the best time. For time someone else should answer that.

I take one right after working out and one 'bout an half hour before bed. Actuall my pre-bedtime shake is Nitrean, which has both fast- and slow-acting proteins.

Just a sugestion, take a protein shake as soon as you get up in the morning along with your normal breakfast instead of orange juice or tea, then take one imedietley after training with a little something to help it get to your muscles a little quicker and with more % of it actually hitting your muscle, ( this is what i personaly am using and finding recoverry and better gains off it ) its your normal protein shake + 5 GRAMS of Creatine + 10 GRAMS of glucose powder. you only need the glucose powder on training days, as a deliverry system to your muscles.if you try it post me back to see how you get on.

Default PWO shakes

Check out this thread for PWO shakes:

http://www.bodybuilding.net/nutritio...hakes-891.html

Whatever you do use water only to mix your shake for PWO. You want fast absorption.
