Yeah I agree, beta alanine seems to give me a little more push time under a load and I actually like the needles and pens effect. Few supps
provide any thing more than profits for the geeks who market them. I got jaded on the whole supp industry back in the 80s and 'am just starting to try a few things now. Not much faith there though. Don't need a crutch where a barbell should be!!
