Default Body fortress

I know it's sold at Walmart but I like the body fortress whey a lot, was considering trying this out, I know there's tons of them hyping their product on the label but anyone ever try it?

Such as? I'm bulking up and a definite hard gainer so I wasn't overly concerned about all that sugar...did catch my eye though.

Also, since body fortress whey is sold at Walmart I always wondered if the protein quality wasn't as good, the way I used to think is that whey is whey, but at 52g per 2 scoops it sounded better than a lot of other whey supplements out there at the time, but I never knew how much the quality could fluctuate.

Since this is a before and after product, there are flaws for both

For pre WO - If you like to workout with 33g of sugar instead of some of the good stim based products out there like 1MR, jack3d, etc then that is up to you. My friend had this and puked every time he worked out.

For post WO - The NOS blend becomes completely unnecessary as you don't need a pump after your workout. Also, sugar has been found to not be as effective after a WO. Instead, you can just get a simple protein shake, creatine powder, and blended oatmeal for more healthy carbs.

Overall - It has 6g of creatine per serving. If you take 2 like it says to do, you are wasting 7g a day. Also, not sure about the exact price but 30 servings turns to 15 if you use as directed, which is probably expensive per serving.

As for the whey from walmart, it is more whey protein concentrate than isolate, making it less biodegradable. It's a lot like the cheap GNC protein.

Not a big fan of body fortress. To me it seems a lot like six star. Too much money per serving and just too much sugars.

Default Tried it

I did gain a bit more on this product, strength and energy went way up... But it seemed harder to lose body fat when I was cutting.

Probably all in my mind though.

Ill bet you can find something just as affordable, that is much higher quality.

Default Shakers

Can't comment on their powders but I can say for a fact their shakers , which also are sold at Wal-Mart are perfect. Great deesign, great durability and compartments in a smal, easy to carry container. Drop $6 next time you see them and thank me later.
