Default brand new to working out

hey! i am basicaly new to working out/body building.... ive been working out every day for 3-4 months now.... the only thing ive try so far is tribulus (took for the first month) i take whey protein after every workout and sometimes if i get a food craving because it supresses my appetite
my diet is very good (i am a chef) so i know exactly what i am intaking and what i need to add to my diet if anything extra is needed... unfortunatly being new to the gym, i dont really know what suplement i should be taking or what my body needs to grow more.... i have seen IMMENSE improvement in my bodys physique and in my stamina and mental health (i used to be over weight lost weight then started to go to the gym to make sure i wouldnt gain it again)

take in mind that ive only been training for 3-4 months and i am not overweight... my muscles grew fast! and then seemed to slow down quite a bit (almost like a plateau effect)
what should i be taking?

Don't worry about supplements just increase your food ( total cals )

Start with 2900 cals and go up from there. .

If you really want supplements go with

Protein powder
Creatine ( mono )
Fish Oil
Multi Vitamins

1.5 to 2 g per pound bodyweight works pretty good for a lot of people.
