That Truemass is going to expensive real fast. Check out a generic version and compare labels. You may be surprised.

Cellmass made me bloated when I took it. I found creatine ethyl ester to be more tolerable on my stomach.

In my opinion the food is more important than supps. So the basic whey, creatine, vitamin, and oils should be enough

as for the food im trying to get to the point where im taking in about 3500-4000 cals a day

12 grain bread /sandwiches
tuna once a weak
milk
granola bars
banana's before workout with protein shake and creatine during workout
Chicken breasts for lunch and dinner
daily greens

any other good food choices for bulking?
