NO!

The important part is caloric intake from good sources.

http://www.quickmass.com/ this is not a good source! Lots of sugar to name one thing.

Couple other things:
-Poor amino profile for a 255g serving
-A 255g serving (half a pound of powder basically)
-6 Servings per container!
-$33.99 a container!!!! That's a fuckin 6 dollar shake, way too much money.

Chicken, rice, pasta, beef, fish, sweet potatoes... FOOD! lol

Calories are not calories

If you really want to use a weight gainer, find a cheaper one with less sugar.

^^^ That's what I do. I've been changing from a bodybuilding diet to more of a powerlifting diet. I need to change back before I have a stroke & a heart attack at the same time.
