If your looking for something for endurance for football I would suggest low dosage citruline malate. I say low dosage because it has an NO like effect if you take a lot, which wouldnt be so good for you on the football field.

I'd also reccomend adding in good solid carbs before a game, I know oats arent really a suppliment, but proper nutrition will help you in the gym and on the field more then any suppliment will.

And I know this part has nothing to do with you Hilton, but how the hell could they possibly test for creatine? I dont see it being possible since its already in your body, and even if they could test for saturation, it still wouldnt mean shit. The only real way to get caught would be for them to find you with a canister of it or something.

That being said, I wouldnt risk it, and make sure to stay hydrated.

what up hrdgain. i think they just test for a saturation. cause when i was in college one of my homies was tested positive for creatine. dont think he got in any trouble they were just able to find it in his system or something. how they do it i dont know but from what i understand it is a way

Yeah, I feel ya, I'm just saying that its a natrually accuring substance, so as kane mentioned, you can have elevated/saturated levels simply by diet. So no matter the results they are not conclusive.

That being said i still wouldnt mess with stuff my school has banned, I wouldnt want to have to sit the bench because I decided to use creatine.

Far is I know the only test would be a creatinine test...the end product of creatine metabolism. That test would be competely misleading and unfair because those levels could fluctuate widely based on muscle mass, how much you train, how much read meat you eat, etc. An athlete is going to have higher creatinine levels than a non-athlete. I don't know how they would test for "saturation" or even what that would represent.

Now I'm not sure on this but I think that any extra creatine in your blood derived from the diet or sups, if it is not taken into the muscles, will be converted to creatinine and excreted within a couple of hours.

Well, nothing to worry about anyway. It's not like creatine is essential to your success of course.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
