Sure, I picked mine up from bn a few years ago, I think its the same cap em quick set up they still sell.
Its actually kind of a pain in the ass, you have to seperate the caps, then place half of each one in the holder, then you place what ever you want in on top of the holder and let it fall into the caps. There is another piece that allows you to pack down the powder, so you can get as much in as possible. After that you place the tops back on the caps ... like I said its a pain, but better then doing one at a time, or having to taste nasty bulk powders.
