When you all of you receive the CEE packages the journals or final product reviews should be posted in the new Supplement Testers forum.

Sleazy for the journal review thing do you want like a day by day thing or week by week or after the 30 days is up give a review on like how much it helped you.

Its up to you guys what you want to do, all that is required is a detailed final review of the product. Some people like to post journal logs so they can see strength gains, its all up to you.

Btw, Linebacker never received his package yet as he claimed because he was never chosen for the test. So ignore his comments.

When you guys start your journals, please don't be dumb enough to say, "Hey guys day 2 and I gained 1 pound!" I suggest you don't set foot on the scale until the 1-2 week mark so you won't be trying too hard or get too discouraged. I've seen some Bulk journals where they get their happy asses on the scale every day (at different times might I add) and they either say, "Awesome! I gained a pound since yesterday!" or they say, "I'm frustrated, I lost .7 pounds!" IMO your journal will look alot better without that crap because it makes it impossible to guage the effectiveness.
