When you guys start your journals, please don't be dumb enough to say, "Hey guys day 2 and I gained 1 pound!" I suggest you don't set foot on the scale until the 1-2 week mark so you won't be trying too hard or get too discouraged. I've seen some Bulk journals where they get their happy asses on the scale every day (at different times might I add) and they either say, "Awesome! I gained a pound since yesterday!" or they say, "I'm frustrated, I lost .7 pounds!" IMO your journal will look alot better without that crap because it makes it impossible to guage the effectiveness.
