Alright into 2-3 week... This Sucks Tonight I think I could of torn my rotitury cup(I know thats not how you spell)...

I really dont think I did cause after 1/2 hr pain ended.I did it during flat dumbbell bench press.I was doing 55 each hand and it was my third rep,It felt like my blade just poped out and slide another way. But The Cee-Pro has been doing great though. Energy level has been good+Lift are feeling good.

Im thinking about throwing some L-Glutamine in the mix though!!!

That sux man. Give it some rest before you do anything else so you can access how much damage there is.

Im stubborn... The night I did it It was hard for me to sleep cause I always sleep w/ my right arm over+wrapped around my head. The pain was a pulling/Stratching(I know thats now how you spell it) Pain. On the bottom right of my arm it was hurting pretty bad 2(my humerus).

but I gave it a day off and tonight I had to go to the gym.It wasnt a tough tough workout because I had 2 female friends tagging along and I was helping them out showing stuff they could do...

P.S 1 week till football starts Time for a little bit more cardio and running!!!

Not any major pain. A little twitch here + there but its fine... Got my physical today and cleared my knee out finally!!! Going to go do some cardio and swim a little right now... Peace :D

Well... Ive been feeling a little burnt out this week. My headaches have returned and last night My body hurt so bad. I even had one of my terrible chest pain's.

My workouts this past week havent been good at all. Im not blaming this on the CEE because I know its because of me. My head hasnt at all been in the right place for the gym this week. But my ending weight for the week is 139ish. And I believe I did F*** my arm up. I cant do that much without feeling a little bit of pain there. Even right now typing it has this strecht feeling to it... Need opinion on this. Take a week off and just do cardio??? Or hit it light for the next week and see what happens.

Thinking about just doing good cardio everyday and after 1-2 weeks of football back in throw the gym back into the mix...

I forgot to mention that I quit my job last night. So maybe them 50 hours a week will stop the pains...

I Got a Gangster Roll in my room. About 1500$ owned to me still and Im not going to be able to go without a job for long. I already got 2-3 places asking me to come work for them. So Ill be working again soon. Probley In like a week or two. :D

Alrighty... Just got done with my first workout since school got back in!!! School gave me some motivation.Got Complimented on the changes. :D

Sweet-Talked one of the meanest teachers into liking me!!! :rolleyes: D*** Im good...

Worked out around 6:00 Hit it Hard until 7:30ish and got a good bulk out of it. O and just to let everyone know Im definently going to the doc about the headaches. Last night I was on the ground about in tears :( .

Creatine doing good but its starting to run low. Where cheapest place to get this stuff. Got about 15-30 day Supp left...
