i usually use ON gold, or EAS...i like the taste of the EAS...

i was using six star and it did taste pretty good, but it did have 9 grams of carbs

well.. i didnt know all protein suplpements where almost the same. Cause when i read the nitro tech bottle, it says "26 times better than whey", so i said.. ok.. there are some products much better than others
